Order Cancellation

One can cancel an order by calling our customer service representative at the mentioned numbers at the bottom of the website or you can mail us at info@drapesavenue.net. It’s our prerogative to cancel the order after hearing the customer’s complaint for returning the product. Returns will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. The delivered goods are considered approved if the Seller does not receive a written notice for defects with regard to evident defects or other defects, which were perceptible during an immediate and thorough examination, within 48 hours of delivery of the goods. Every complaint must be precisely specified and justified by attached or at a later time supplied demonstrative documents and send images/samples of the rejected goods.

Return Notice Period

Return process can be initiated in first 7 days of receiving the product. After a period of 7 days no such requests are acceptable.

Refund Period

Refunds will be credited into customers account within 15 days of accepting the refund process.
